Aroundly is a market intelligence platform that maps the competitive landscape around any location. Pick a sector, choose an address or a spot on the map, and get a report on nearby competitors packed with data and recommendations that give you the edge.

Business owners scouting new locations, entrepreneurs testing ideas, investors evaluating opportunities, real estate professionals, and consultants advising clients. If you want to know what the competition looks like before you commit, Aroundly was built for that.
Can I try it before signing up?
Check out our demo reports to see a full analysis in action. No account, no email, no commitment. You will get demonstrative data but the taste should be genuine.
How do I get started?
Create an account and you're ready to go. Every new account includes a free credit during early access, so your first analysis costs nothing.
What business types are supported?
Nine sectors right now: Restaurant, Coffee Shop, Bar & Nightclub, Hair Care, Nail Salon, Dentist, Gas Station, Car Wash, and Art Gallery. Each one gets analysis tailored to that specific industry. We add new sectors based on what our customers need, so if yours isn't listed, tell us about it.
What countries and regions are covered?
Aroundly works across 256+ countries on every continent. Report availability depends on business data existing in the area you choose, and in most populated areas it will. Check our coverage page for the complete list.
What's included in a report?
Every report covers eight in-depth sections that take you from "who's nearby" to "what should I do about it." From top competitors to customer sentiment and strategic recommendations, each section is shaped by your specific sector. Take a peek at our demo reports to see the full format.
How long does it take to generate a report?
It usually takes less than a minute to gather the data and generate your report. You'll be notified when it's ready, and it will appear on your Reports page.
How many competitors per report?
Each report covers up to 20 competitors. Combined with your choice of location and search radius, that gives you full control over which slice of the market you're analyzing. Run multiple reports with different settings to map out a wider area, or zoom in tight on your immediate competition.
Can I customize the report?
Yes. You pick the exact location and set your search radius. The report builds around your choices.
How fresh is the report data?
Reports pull live data at the moment you generate them. Ratings, reviews, business details, and amenities all reflect the current state of the market, not a cached snapshot.
Do reports expire?
Your reports are available for 30 days after creation. After that, we are required to remove the underlying data due to data retention policies, and the report will no longer be available for viewing. You can always regenerate it to get a fresh version.
Can I regenerate a report for the same location?
Yes. Regenerating will produce a new report with fresh data but identical configuration. Any report can be regenerated at any time for one credit.
How does the credit system work?
One credit, one report. Buy credits in the package that fits you, use them whenever you're ready.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your account until you use them. No expiration, no pressure.
Can I try Aroundly for free?
Yes, in two ways. You can explore our demo reports with no account needed, or create an account, which during early access starts with one free credit allowing you to run a report on your own location.
Is there an early access discount?
Yes. All credit packages are currently 50% off during our early access period. Same reports, same depth of analysis, half the price. Check our pricing page for current packages.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. We never store your card details on our end.
Can I refund a report?
If a report fails to generate or comes back with no data, you can request a refund directly from the report page. Our team reviews each request and returns the credit to your account upon approval. Refunds apply to reports that couldn't deliver results, not completed reports.
How can I sign in?
Two options: your email and password, or a magic link. Magic links send a one-time secure login link to your email, so you can sign in without remembering a password. Choose whichever works best for you.
How do I secure my account?
Set a strong password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your Security settings for an extra layer of protection.
Is my report data private?
Yes. Your reports are visible only to you and are never shared with other users or third parties. Your competitive intelligence stays yours.
Can I update my profile information?
Head to Account Settings to change your name, company, or role at any time. The only thing that's fixed is your email address, which stays locked for security.
Can I view my billing history?
Yes. Your Billing page shows all past purchases, including dates, amounts, credit packages and invoices.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Get in touch via our contact page and we'll take care of it. Once deleted, all your personal and report data is permanently removed.
Does Aroundly work on mobile?
Aroundly is mobile friendly across all pages. That said, the interactive, data rich reports are best experienced from a tablet and above, where you can get the most out of every section. Larger screens are recommended for the full experience.
What browsers are supported?
All modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Keep your browser updated for the best experience.
Is my data encrypted?
Yes. All connections to Aroundly are encrypted over HTTPS. Your payment information is processed by Stripe and never touches our servers.
Can I share or export reports?
Reports are interactive and web based, accessible through our platform from any device, but they cannot be exported due to data retention obligations. You can still pull a report up on a shared screen, walk through the sections with your team, and use it as the basis for your next move.
What if something goes wrong with my report?
Aroundly is in early access, so while rare, occasional issues can still happen. If a report fails, you can request a refund directly from the report page. If something doesn't look right, or for anything else, reach out through our contact page and we'll sort it out.
